The hotel is what you expect from a Double Tree, clean rooms with conveniences like a fridge and coffeepot. The fitness center is good, and the whole hotel is well-kept. However, the noise from the outdoor pool, which stays open all night, made it hard to fall asleep.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, but there were damages to the wall and the staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times. However, the hotel did provide robes and slippers in the stairwell which was a nice touch.

The staff restocked towels and coffee, and even went out of their way to buy two dolls for our daughters, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, they grunted at us and needs extra customer service training in courtesy and communication.

When I arrived at the hotel after a long day at work, I found the rooms to be very well appointed and comfortable, although they could use some updating. The location was convenient, close to great restaurants and a shopping mall, although some parts were under construction. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of hot and cold items at $11 per plate. However, the hotel facilities were in good condition and met our needs during our stay.
